For your convince we have provided a list of the vision insurance plans that we participate in: Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed, & Commercial Avesis. As of May 1st 2021, we are no longer a participating provider of Spectera vision plans.
PLEASE NOTE: Any appointments that are missed without being canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment date will incur a $65 fee on your account that we will bill to the address that we have on file and must be paid prior to being able to schedule future appointments.
